◆ The mill is edge driven. The motor drives the mill through reducer and pinion pair.

◆ The grinding bin adopts corrugated strip lining plate, which improves the grinding capacity of the mill and makes the grinding process of pulverized coal in the grinding bin more reasonable.
◆ The feeding device adopts the shutter structure with oblique air inlet, which can increase the ventilation area of the mill, reduce the air inlet resistance of the mill, enhance the heat exchange capacity of the mill, and effectively prevent the blockage of the coal mill inlet.
working principle
◆ The raw coal enters the feeding device of the mill from the feeding equipment, and the hot air with a temperature of about 300 ° C also enters the feeding device through the air inlet pipe, where the raw coal containing water begins to conduct heat exchange. The grinding bin is equipped with a grinding body (steel ball), in which the coal is crushed and ground into pulverized coal. When the coal is crushed, the pulverized coal and gas will be taken out of the mill by the special induced draft fan through the discharge device of the mill, and the coarser particles will return to the grinding bin through the return screw for grinding again.
