Brief introduction to kiln drying process of rotary kiln

① Check the whole sintering system to ensure that all equipment are fully equipped with continuous production conditions. ② Complete inspection shall be carried out in the preheater, calciner and rotary kiln. The refractory bricks in the kiln shall be checked and re tightened in a circle. No new looseness is allowed and sundries shall be removed. Open the valves of the tertiary air duct, open all the ash discharge valves in the preheater blanking pipe, and fix them in the normally open state with iron wire.
③ Confirm that the temperature and pressure measuring instruments in the system work normally.
④ Open the air outlet or manhole door of the ascending pipe of 1 # cyclone as the outlet of drying waste gas, and close the inlet valve of high-temperature fan and other manhole doors of cyclone to open the cold air of high-temperature fan.
⑤ Disconnect the riser of the pneumatic lift pump from the preheater system to prevent the wet flue gas from pouring back into the pneumatic lift pump, and the condensate will wet the canvas layer at the bottom of the pump, affecting the raw meal delivery; Or close all valves at the outlet of the feeding elevator.
⑥ Sufficient pulverized coal shall be prepared in the pulverized coal bin at the kiln head. The coal quality (moisture, fineness, calorific value, etc.) shall meet the calcination requirements of the rotary kiln. The coal mill shall also be ready to start at any time to ensure the continuous supply of pulverized coal.
⑦ When drying the kiln, open the access door of the cooler as the inlet of the combustion gas during drying. The coal injection pipe and system shall ensure that the pipe is smooth, well sealed and flexibly adjusted.
⑧ Check and seal all parts of the preheater, find out the bending point of the kiln shell, determine the initial position of the shell, and make records.
