The combustion mode of high temperature flue gas fluidized bed furnace is different from the conventional combustion mode. The coal particles crushed to 0-10mm are mechanically sent to the air distributor in the furnace by the coal feeding system, and the high-pressure air from the fan is used to lift the fuel on the distributor to form "fluidization". The fuel burns violently within a certain height, and the burn out rate of the fuel is more than 99%, High temperature flue gas fluidized bed furnace has the following advantages:
1. The tender material has good adaptability. Almost all kinds of inferior fuels can be used, such as coal, stone coal, anthracite, oil shale, slag, peat, etc. It is also used to treat urban garbage and industrial waste residue abroad.
2. The temperature is uniform. Generally, the temperature of high-temperature flue gas is 50-90 ℃, which can be adjusted as required. Stable heat supply is conducive to high output and quality of the dryer.
3. The labor intensity is small, the operating environment is good, and it is conducive to safe and civilized production.
4. Ash and slag can be comprehensively utilized. The ash is not melted at high temperature, with good activity and low sulfur content. It is a good cement admixture.
5. High combustion efficiency. The measured combustion efficiency of the high-temperature flue gas furnace that has been put into operation is generally above 85%.
6. The fuel preparation is simple. Raw coal can be used in the furnace after being slightly crushed to 0~10mm.
7. Flexible operation, good regulation performance, fast temperature rise of furnace, and full load operation can be achieved after cold furnace startup from 20 to 30. It can also be pressed for standby, generally for 8-16 hours, and can be started quickly after pressing, which is very suitable for drying operation of dry cement enterprises.
