The following content is introduced by the small editor of Churun Heavy to introduce the specifications for butt joint and welding of the cylinder of the rotary kiln equipment. Because the structure of the rotary kiln system is complex and the assembly is difficult, it requires a lot of manpower and material resources, and the installation and welding of the cylinder alone will consume a lot of manpower and material resources. The shell of rotary kiln is generally rolled by steel plates, and high-strength refractory bricks are built in the shell to protect the shell and reduce heat dissipation. Since most of the shells of the rotary kiln are processed and manufactured by the rotary kiln manufacturer in the production workshop and then transported to the user, deformation and damage will inevitably occur during the transportation process.
Therefore, it is necessary to introduce some specifications for butt joint and welding of rotary kiln barrel;
1. During installation, the center deviation of each cylinder shall not exceed 2mm, that is, L1 - L2 ≤ 1mm, La - Lb ≤ 1.5mm.
2. When aligning the barrel butt joint, pay attention to the deviation of the big gear ring and the three sections of the kiln head and tail, and keep the position deviation of the big gear ring less than 2mm, the kiln head and tail deviation less than 3mm, and the deviation of other positions not more than 4mm. If the relevant position is controlled within the deviation range, the S-shaped cylinder will not appear, and the transmission device is also guaranteed.
3. The sealing device at the kiln head and kiln tail of the rotary kiln shall be correctly installed to prevent air leakage and negative pressure reduction in the kiln. The sealing of the rotary kiln is composed of wear-resistant plates fixed on the cylinder and fish scales fixed on the kiln head cover. The fish scales are tightened by steel wire ropes and counterweights, mainly to make the fish scales close to the wear-resistant slides of the cylinder for sealing.
