What should we do if the motor of the cement ball mill gets hot?

1. During the motor overhaul, the motor stator temperature indicator shall be added and connected to the operating post so that the operator can monitor the motor operating temperature.

2. If the load of grinding body is too large, it should be appropriately reduced.
3. If the carbon brush or slip ring of the motor is hot or has poor heat dissipation, a cooling fan can be added for heat dissipation.
4. If the insulation of the motor is aging or improperly installed, it should be handled after the ball mill is stopped for a long time.
5. The inspector shall be equipped with clamp type ammeter, point thermometer and other detection instruments to facilitate timely inspection and recording and provide data for equipment operation, maintenance and fault analysis.
